Speaker Bio: Marcin is a Technical Solutions Consultant, has first joined Honeywell in 2006, as a Senior APC Engineer and was responsible for CEE projects for oil, petrochemical and chemical company with a strong focus on software optimization solutions. Few years later he moved to Grupa Lotos Company where over the last 10 years he held several positions including: Division Project Manager (>$100m), Vice Director of Production or finally Chief Information Officer.

Marcin has a Chemical Engineering degree from the Technical University of Gdańsk but during the last year shift his interests in conducting development projects and cross-sectional business transformation using software modern solution to gain additional market advantages. He finishes also LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt Study and Management Study at ICAN Institute.
